By purchasing the course through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms.

1.2 Personal Healing Sanctuary - Pause & Subscription Terms

The Personal Healing Sanctuary is a six-month commitment, with payments processed monthly through Razorpay.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes make it difficult to continue temporarily. If a genuine emergency arises - such as a serious health situation, bereavement, or an unforeseen family circumstance - you may request a temporary pause.

Pause requests:
Please communicate with me as soon as reasonably possible, along with a brief explanation of the circumstances and, where possible, an estimated timeframe.

An approved pause may be granted for up to 30 days, with the possibility of an extension in exceptional circumstances. The total pause period during the six-month Sanctuary will generally not exceed 60 days.

During an approved pause, your sessions will be temporarily put on hold. The remaining duration and payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly, where applicable, so that the six-month commitment can be completed after the pause.

A pause is intended for genuine emergencies and significant unforeseen circumstances. Holidays, travel, busy periods, changes in priorities, temporary lack of motivation, or a decision to discontinue the programme generally do not qualify for a pause.

If you feel that your circumstances make it difficult to continue, please reach out rather than cancelling the automated payment without discussion. I will always aim to approach genuine exceptional circumstances with understanding and fairness.

Cancellation

The Personal Healing Sanctuary is a six-month commitment rather than a month-to-month subscription. By enrolling, you agree to the six-month commitment and corresponding payment schedule.

If circumstances change after joining, please contact me so we can discuss whether a pause or another reasonable arrangement is possible. Cancellation of the recurring payment on its own does not cancel the remaining commitment.

Missed Sessions

Your sessions are reserved specifically for you. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Where reasonably possible, a missed session may be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability. Missed sessions without sufficient notice may not be recoverable.

 Welcome Box

The Sanctuary Welcome Box is curated specifically for you. The Month 1 payment includes its curation and shipping.

Once the Welcome Box has been curated or shipped, its associated cost is non-refundable, including in the event of a subsequent pause or cancellation.
 

1.3 License to use website

'Medium of Light' may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by 'Medium of Light', and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services("Medium of Light Materials").
Subject to these Terms of Service, 'Medium of Light' grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Materials of 'Medium of Light' solely in connection with Your use of the Website and Services. Materials of 'Medium of Light' may not be used for any other purpose and this license terminates upon The Termination of these Terms of Services.

Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by the Website and You agree that you shall not bypass any measures used by 'Medium of Light' to prevent or restrict access to the Website.

"All the information provided on the website and shared with clients are copyrighted under the Medium of Light and cannot be sold or shared to any other media/person's without authorization of medium of light."

1.4All interaction with 'Medium of Light' will take place only on the set given time. No interaction after working hours to be made by the client.

2. Refund/Returns

The client can contact 'Medium of Light' directly using the email provided on the website

No Refunds will be issued for workshops and services unless cancelled by the Host itself. If you have any difficulty or  issues, please reach out to our email address and we will help you out.

In case you miss one workshop or a session, we can help you with assigning you a future date depending on the per case basis and availability of time. Repeatedly missing them would be treated as service completed with no extension.

Returns or refunds for physical products are to be emailed within 7 days of delivery.
Once, the return, refund or reschedule is confirmed by Medium of light, Further proceedings of the given product or service will be communicated back to the client.

3. Privacy

3.1 Privacy Policy: – Please review our privacy policy which governs your purchase of the course to fully understand our practices.

3.2 The User hereby consents, expresses, and agrees that he/she has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of the website herein. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy herein are acceptable to them.
